Instructions
- Purée fresh strawberries in a blender until smooth.
- Strain the purée through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds (optional).
- In a champagne flute, add 2 ounces of strawberry purée.
- Slowly top with 4 ounces of chilled Prosecco, pouring gently to avoid a foamy spill.
- Stir gently to combine and garnish with a fresh strawberry slice.
