Spritz al Cynar
A refreshing Italian aperitif that combines the rich, herbal flavors of Cynar with the effervescence of Prosecco and a splash of soda water.
Instructions
- Fill a wine glass with ice cubes until full.
- Add 3 ounces of Prosecco to the glass.
- Pour in 2 ounces of Cynar over the Prosecco.
- Top with 1 ounce of soda water for fizz.
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
- Garnish with a slice of orange.
