Instructions
- Muddle the mint leaves and sugar in a highball glass to release the mint oils.
- Add the lime juice and stir to combine with the mint and sugar.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the rum over the ice and gently stir to mix.
- Top off with sparkling water and gently stir again to combine.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime.
