Sparkling Mint Julep
A refreshing twist on the classic mint julep, topped with sparkling water for a bubbly finish.
Instructions
- Muddle fresh mint leaves and sugar in the bottom of a highball glass.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Pour in the bourbon and stir gently to combine.
- Top off with sparkling water and gently stir again.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.

• 0.5 tablespoon Granulated sugar
• 2 ounces Bourbon
• 3 ounces Sparkling Water
• 1 cup Crushed ice
