A refreshing twist on the classic mint julep, enhanced with sparkling water for a bubbly finish.
Instructions
- Muddle the fresh mint leaves and sugar in the bottom of a julep cup to release the mint oils.
- Add crushed ice to the cup, filling it to the top.
- Pour the bourbon over the ice and stir gently to combine the ingredients.
- Top off with sparkling water to add fizz.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a slice of lemon.
