A refreshing Italian cocktail made with Prosecco, vodka, and lemon sorbet, perfect for a light dessert.
Instructions
- Scoop approximately 2 oz of lemon sorbet into a blender or mixing glass.
- Add 1 oz of vodka and 3 oz of Prosecco to the blender.
- Blend gently until smooth, being careful not to overmix to retain some bubbles.
- Pour the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon zest on top.
