Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries by washing them and removing the green tops.
- In a blender, puree the fresh strawberries until smooth.
- Strain the strawberry puree through a fine mesh sieve into a mixing glass to remove seeds.
- Fill a champagne flute halfway with the strawberry puree.
- Top off the glass with chilled sparkling wine, pouring gently to preserve the bubbles.
- Garnish with a slice of strawberry on the rim.
