Instructions
- Add 2 oz of Amaro Ramazzotti to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Squeeze the juice of 1 oz of fresh lemon juice into the shaker.
- Add 0.5 oz of simple syrup (1 part sugar, 1 part water).
- Shake well until the shaker is frosty and well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
