Prosecco and Soda
A refreshing and fizzy cocktail that combines the lightness of Prosecco with the clarity of soda water. Perfect for hot days or brunch occasions.
Instructions
- Fill a wine glass halfway with chilled Prosecco.
- Top with soda water to taste, usually about a quarter to a half of the glass.
- Gently stir to combine the Prosecco and soda.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon on the rim.
