A refreshing and bubbly cocktail that combines the crispness of Prosecco with the tartness of cranberry juice, perfect for celebrations.

Instructions

- Chill a champagne flute by placing it in the refrigerator or filling it with ice water for a few minutes.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 ounces of cranberry juice and 1 ounce of vodka (optional).
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
- Remove the flute from the refrigerator, and pour the cranberry mixture into the glass until it is about one-third full.
- Top off the glass with 4 ounces of chilled Prosecco, pouring slowly to maintain the bubbles.
- Garnish with a few fresh cranberries and a sprig of mint for added color and aroma.
