Instructions
- Juice the blood oranges until you have 3 ounces of fresh juice.
- In a champagne flute, pour the blood orange juice.
- Slowly top off the flute with Prosecco until full, approximately 4-6 ounces.
- Gently stir to combine the juice and Prosecco without losing too much fizz.
- Garnish with a slice of blood orange on the rim.
