Instructions
- Puree fresh peaches in a blender until smooth.
- Strain the peach puree through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl to remove any solids.
- In a flute, add 3 ounces of chilled sparkling wine.
- Top with 1 ounce of the peach puree.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a fresh slice of peach.
