A twist on the classic Old Fashioned, featuring Nonino amaro as the primary flavor component, complemented by the richness of bourbon.
Instructions
- In an Old Fashioned glass, muddle a sugar cube with a few dashes of Angostura bitters and a splash of water until dissolved.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in 2 oz Bourbon whiskey and 0.5 oz Nonino amaro over the ice.
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
- Express the oils from an orange twist over the drink and drop it in as garnish.
