Mezcal Amaro Negroni
A smoky twist on the classic Negroni, featuring earthy mezcal and herbal amaro.
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add 1 oz of mezcal.
- Add 1 oz of sweet vermouth.
- Add 1 oz of amaro.
- Stir until well chilled.
- Strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
