Instructions
- Puree the ripe mangoes in a blender until smooth.
- Strain the mango puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp for a silky texture.
- In a chilled flute, add 2 ounces of mango puree.
- Top with 4 ounces of chilled Prosecco or sparkling wine.
- Gently stir to combine, being careful not to lose the bubbles.
- Garnish with a slice of mango on the rim.
