A sparkling cocktail that combines the richness of crème de cassis with the effervescence of champagne for a refreshing and elegant drink.
Instructions
- Pour the crème de cassis into the bottom of a champagne flute.
- Slowly add the chilled champagne from a height to mix gently without losing the bubbles.
- Stir gently if necessary.
- Garnish with a blackcurrant or a twist of lemon peel.
