Kir Cava
A refreshing sparkling cocktail made with the fruity notes of crème de cassis and the crisp effervescence of Cava.
Instructions
- Pour the crème de cassis into the bottom of a chilled champagne flute.
- Slowly top with Cava to preserve the bubbles.
- Gently stir to combine without losing fizz.
- Garnish with fresh blackcurrants or a twist of lemon.

• 120 ml Cava
• 2 pieces Fresh blackcurrants
• 1 piece Lemon twist
