Italian Spritz
A refreshing aperitif made with Prosecco and a hint of bitter liqueur, served over ice with a splash of soda.
Instructions
- Fill a wine glass with ice cubes to the top.
- Pour in 3 ounces of Prosecco.
- Add 2 ounces of Aperol.
- Top with a splash of soda water.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a slice of orange and an olive.
