Hugo Spritzer
A refreshing and light spritzer combining the herbal flavors of elderflower with the fizz of Prosecco.
Instructions
- In a wine glass, add ice cubes until filled.
- Pour in the elderflower syrup and fresh lime juice.
- Top up with Prosecco.
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a lime wedge.
