Hugo Spritz
A refreshing aperitif cocktail made with Prosecco, elderflower syrup, and mint, perfect for summer gatherings.
Instructions
- In a wine glass, add ice cubes until the glass is filled.
- Pour 1.5 oz of Prosecco over the ice.
- Add 1 oz of elderflower syrup to the glass.
- Top off with 2 oz of soda water.
- Gently stir the mixture to combine.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a slice of lime.
