Instructions
- Chill a champagne flute by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water for a few minutes.
- In a shaker, combine 1.5 ounces of gin and 0.5 ounces of simple syrup with ice.
- Shake well until chilled and strain into the chilled champagne flute.
- Top with 3 ounces of chilled champagne.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
