French Spritz
A refreshing sparkling cocktail that combines the herbal notes of vermouth with the brightness of elderflower and a splash of sparkling water.
Instructions
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Pour in 3 oz of dry sparkling wine.
- Add 1 oz of elderflower liqueur.
- Pour in 1 oz of dry vermouth.
- Top with a splash of soda water.
- Gently stir to combine.
