Cynar Julep
A refreshing twist on the classic Julep, using Cynar for a herbal and bittersweet profile.
Instructions
- Muddle fresh mint leaves and simple syrup at the bottom of a julep cup.
- Add Cynar and fill the cup with crushed ice.
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients and chill the drink.
- Top off with more crushed ice as needed to create a dome.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
