A refreshing and elegant punch made with clarified juices and champagne, perfect for celebrations.

Instructions

- Juice 4 oranges and 2 lemons, and strain to remove pulp and seeds.
- Combine the strained juice with 1 cup of simple syrup and 2 cups of cold water in a large mixing bowl.
- Add 1 cup of gin and stir well.
- Chill the mixture until ready to serve.
- Prior to serving, slowly add 1 bottle of chilled champagne (750ml) to the mixture.
- Serve in a punch bowl garnished with citrus peels and fresh berries.
