Clarified Champagne Punch

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except champagne in a large bowl.
- Stir the mixture well to combine the flavors.
- Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to clarify the liquid.
- Chill the clarified base in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Just before serving, add chilled champagne to the punch bowl and gently stir.
- Serve in individual glasses with a garnish of fresh fruit and edible flowers.
