Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- In a mixing glass, combine 1 oz of gin, 1 oz of Campari, and 1 oz of sweet vermouth.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for 30 seconds to chill and dilute the mixture.
- Strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe glass.
- Top with 2 oz of chilled Champagne.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
