Instructions
- Chill a martini glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of vodka and 0.5 oz of dry vermouth with ice.
- Shake vigorously until well chilled, about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
- Top gently with 2 oz of chilled champagne.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
