Instructions
- Muddle fresh berries (raspberries and strawberries) in the bottom of a shaker.
- Add simple syrup and lemon juice to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 10 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Top with chilled champagne, pouring slowly to preserve the bubbles.
- Garnish with a few fresh berries and a sprig of mint.
