Instructions
- Chill a Champagne flute in the refrigerator or fill with ice water to chill.
- In a mixing glass, add 1 ounce of Chartreuse.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
- Strain the Chartreuse into the chilled Champagne flute.
- Top with 3 ounces of Champagne, pouring gently to avoid overflowing.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
