Instructions
- In a shaker, add 2 ounces of bourbon and 3/4 ounce of honey syrup.
- Add 3/4 ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
- Top with fresh mint leaves and garnish with a sprig of mint.
