Instructions
- Brew a fresh shot of espresso and let it cool slightly.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of bourbon, 1 oz of coffee liqueur, and the cooled espresso.
- Add 0.5 oz of simple syrup and ice to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with 3 coffee beans on top.
