Instructions
- Brew a strong cup of chai tea and let it steep for 5 minutes, then cool.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz bourbon, 1 oz chai tea, and 0.5 oz honey syrup.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a star anise.
