A refreshing cocktail made with fresh peach puree and sparkling wine, perfect for brunch or a summer day.
Instructions
- Puree the fresh peaches in a blender until smooth.
- Strain the peach puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove any solids.
- In a chilled champagne flute, add 2 ounces of the peach puree.
- Carefully top with 4 ounces of chilled Prosecco or sparkling wine.
- Gently stir to combine and garnish with a slice of peach.
