Averna Old Fashioned

Instructions
- Add 1 sugar cube to an Old Fashioned glass.
- Saturate the sugar with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
- Muddle until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add 2 ounces of Averna Amaro over the muddled sugar.
- Fill the glass with large ice cubes and stir gently to chill and combine the flavors.
- Garnish with an orange twist, expressing the oils over the drink before placing it in the glass.
