Averna Flip

Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water while preparing the cocktail.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of Averna Amaro, 1 oz of simple syrup, and 1 whole egg.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to combine and chill the ingredients.
- Empty the ice water from the chilled coupe glass.
- Strain the mixture into the glass using a fine mesh strainer to ensure a smooth texture.
- Grate fresh nutmeg over the top for garnish.
