Averna Daiquiri
A unique twist on the classic Daiquiri, featuring the herbal and bittersweet flavors of Averna liqueur alongside the traditional elements of rum and lime.
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- In a shaker, combine 2 ounces of white rum, 1 ounce of Averna, and 3/4 ounce of fresh lime juice.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
