Instructions
- Chill a champagne flute by filling it with ice water for a few minutes.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the rum, honey syrup, and fresh lime juice with ice.
- Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
- Discard the ice water from the flute and strain the mixture into the glass.
- Top with champagne and gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
