Made with 100% New York State grains aged a minimum of 3 years in new charred American oak barrels. Deep and rich in flavor, these specialty malts contribute notes of chocolate, pastries, nuts, sweet caramel and raisins. The maturation in the new casks brings out hints of caramel and coconut.
