Tacho is the Spanish word for the small baskets we use to hand-harvest our estate vineyards. From these tiny bins comes immense enjoyment. Tacho Malbec Reserva is an excellent pairing for a traditional Argentina asado (barbecue) which includes steak, ribs, and sausages. Tantalizing aromas of blackberries and blueberries are followed by flavors of chocolate and Asian spice. The soft finish lingers long enough to transport you to the land of Malbec.
