75% Corn, 21% Rye, 4% Barley Malt. Dry grains are combined with water and heated to an appropriate temperature for starches in the grain to convert to sugar. Once converted the mash is transferred to the fermenter, cooled, and yeast is added. The mash is fermented over the course of a few days and then distilled in a hybrid pot still.
