The creation of this hazy IPA took us to unknown lands of aroma and flavor, utilizing brand new hop varieties and cutting edge hop products. We tapped the undiscovered potential of Elani, Pink and 1019 hops, bursting with flavors of guava, watermelon, citrus and stone fruit, backed by notes of dank herb. Then Salvo and Spectrum were introduced, two innovative hop extracts that intensify the dry hop profile without adding bitterness.
