Wine Advocate Review Rated 91 The 2016 Alesia Pinot Noir Anderson Valley is unabashedly delicious, bursting with fragrant aromas of dried flowers, raspberries, wild plums and sweet forest floor. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, supple and satiny, with a juicy core of succulent, mouthwatering fruit that's framed by melting tannins. This bottling is already expressive, and I'd expect it to drink well for a decade, perhaps more. Drink 2018-2028. Wine \Tasting Notes

All estate fruit from our Anderson Valley estate vineyards. Alesia are the appellation wine form the superlative Rhys Vineyards. A translucent reddish-orange, the Anderson Valley Pinot Noir by Alesia shows a wonderful nose with citrus rind, bran-cherry and teaberry with a touch of cardamom spice. The palate displays wonderful texture and minerality with red cherry cola, sassafras, blood orange and a vibrant minerality.
