Rich, round and powerful, this wine is the perfect accompaniment to calf's sweetbread as well as fish, poultry and white meat with cream. You may drink it young within three to five years in order to enjoy the combination of fruit and unctuosity. It will take five to seven years for this wine, however, to develop all of its power and finesse.
