VinoUS Media Review Rated 93/strong> The 2021 Chablis Côte de Léchet 1er Cru comes from three parcels. This has a well-defined, classically-lined bouquet that unfurls in the glass, fine mineralité, quite strict and focused. The palate is well balanced with a saline entry, fine depth and cohesion, fanning out with a oyster shell tinged finish. This is certainly worth checking out. Drinking Window: 2024-2040.
Wine Tasting Notes
Again, mineral and lemons on the nose, very citric and stony. More grapefruit than lemons on the palate, but not sour, and then the lemons take over, along with limes, too. Thick fruit, with white licorice nuances - an elegant and lively finish.
