We got together with our neighbors Ruse brewing and wanted to make a quintessential NW IPA. Starting with a base of NW Pale malt and Munich, then layering together citrus hop classic Cascade with new hop Comet, and taking it up with Oregon-grown Chinook. we brewed what we think tastes like NW IPA today. Cheers! 7.2%
