Eredita Beer "Zeal-Waimea" is a hazy DIPA brewed with a single hop (Waimea hops). Commercial description "DIPA with Waimea hops sourced from @freestylehops located in New Zealand. From a sensory perspective, we find Waimea presents with intense tropical notes. Aromatically, you may perceive sweet notes of papaya, guava, mango, and fresh tropical flowers; these descriptors also double to characterize the flavor of the beer."
