Decanter Magazine Review Rated 94 Dauvissat's Séchet vines lie on deep soils, rich in seashells. Disarmingly drinkable already, this has a nicely integrated layer of subtle oak which adds further depth to the already concentrated palate. Could be enjoyed young but it would be best to allow this several years to fully blossom. Drinking Window: 2023-2028.
Wine Tasting Notes
A golden raisined nose - super perfumed. On the palate, anise/white licorice with very earthy, chalky, stony fruit flavors. Very Chablis in this early stage. Juicy beechnut, pear and honeydew flavors. dense with lovely penetrating acidity and apricot syrup at the end with a pungent acidity. a killer premier cru.
