The Cypress Vineyards Chardonnay is pale yellow in color with youthful hues. The nose offers inviting aromas of honeysuckle, ripe orange, and pineapple, complemented on the palate by white peach, tropical fruit, and orange marmalade with a long creamy finish. The balanced acidity and rich texture is a perfect complement to many dishes including triple creme or mild cheddar cheeses, chicken piccata, shellfish or cream-sauced pasta. This wine has earned the Certified California Sustainable seal.
