The grapes were whole cluster pressed immediately post harvest, resulting in a beautiful light watermelon-pink color. This wine showcases lovely aromas of wild berries and rose petals. On the palate, it is savory-sweet, with notes of strawberry, cherry, watermelon, and peach. With balanced acidity and just a touch of residual sugar, this wine is easy to drink, especially on a warm summer day. It should be enjoyed young, and served chilled. Pairs well with seafood and light pasta dishes.
